Mission San José

Vietnam War Memorial

This huge bronze statue is 10-feet / 3-meters tall and weighs more than 10 tons. San Antonio's Vietnam War Memorial is dedicated to all veterans and depicts a wounded soldier being comforted by a radio operator who is searching the sky for an evacuation helicopter.
